If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably noticed I’ve added a few new shoes in my closet lately. I absolutely love spring and summer shoes. They bring so much color to your closet after you’ve been stuck with browns, blacks, and neutrals for what seems like ages by now.
This time last year I had a 2 month old to tend to, and date/girl nights were few and far between. So I didn’t have much need for many fun shoes or bold heels. This year, I wanted to re-vamp my shoe closet and really brighten things up! Really help get me in the spring mood! Today I’m sharing some of my newest purchases I think you guys are gonna love, too!
– I typically stick with the “flip flop” type when it comes to sandals. They just seem to draw my attention more than a slide on type. But when I saw these at Nordstrom, I knew they were going in my cart! They also come in a pretty blush color.
– I was reorganizing my closet a month or so ago, and realized I didn’t have simple pink heels! How is this even possible? Steve Madden always has perfect staple shoes that fit just about everyone and also come in tons of colors. These are no exception. The heel height is great, and since the heel itself is thicker, it makes walking much easier.
-These were another “Gotta have those now!” shoes. I had a lot of different workout sneakers, but didn’t really have any casual ones I could pair with an actual outfit other than gym leggings.
– I stopped in ALDO a couple weeks ago when their spring line caught my eye through the windows. Everything the had was neon green, orange, and pink it seemed. Totally my style if you know me. So as I browse, I see these hot pink booties and they were on clearance! I got these for $50! They also come in other colors.
– As I stated earlier about somehow not having any pink heels, I also noticed I didn’t have any red flip flop type sandals. I’m so glad I found these because they are super comfy and can go with so much!
-I have these same shoes in nude but they are real Valentino’s. I’ve been crushing on more of these ever since I felt how comfortable the nude ones I had were. I was on Amazon a lot while I was doing my Designed Dupes blog post and came across these. Side by side they look identical to my real ones! If you’re wanting to try before you buy, these are great ones to do so!
