Hello, to all my fine ladies out there! Fine HAIRED ladies that is 😉…
I’m taking to you ladies who struggle to keep a curl in your hair, any volume whatsoever, and/or those who feel like 10 seconds after brushing your hair it’s tangled again! I’ve got some products and tips on how to use them to help you get more of what you want with your hair.
I’ve been told I have “sorta fine hair” by a few people. I can’t decide if it truly is or not, but I do know that some of these things I’m going to talk to you about today do help me sometimes, so maybe I do have fine hair to some degree! If you’re not sure if you do or not, see if THIS article helps you decide.
#1. John Frieda Volumizing Mousse: This is a great product for those on a smaller budget ($6) and will activate once the heat from your blow dryer hits it. It will add volume without the sticky feeling.
#2. Big Sexy Root Pump: I LIVE for this product. I lost count how many years I’ve been using this but I’ve tried several since finding this and I’ve yet to find anything that beats it. It gives me great volume without feeling the product next day.
#3. Bumble & Bumble Thickening Spray: this is one my “to-try list”. It’s suppose to instantly add volume to fine hair and is a top volumizer.
#4. TRESemme Fresh Start Dry Shampoo: This is supposedly used on people like Drew Barrymore. Spray it throughout your hair and hair line when you want to go a day without washing and/or need to reduce some shine.
#5. Fruit Fusion Coconut Water Weightless Shampoo: A sulfate-free shampoo that gently cleanses and hydrates weightlessly. It’s vitamin rich formula blocks humidity to help control frizz without weighing hair down.
#6. Biotin: If you haven’t heard of the benefits of this vitamin, read about it here. This is in prenatal vitamins which is one reason most pregnant women have that “glow” not only in their hair, but their skin and nails too.
Do you have fine hair? If so, what are your tricks to manage?
